Branding // Wessex AHSN (Academic Health Science Network)
Headfudge was recommended to Wessex AHSN by a previous client and after a very successful introduction, I had the privilege of designing the entire rebrand of the company. This was a fantastic project to be part of, and the branding process grew into a massive list of design assets that they required, which included full comprehensive brand guidelines, printed and digital graphics, corporate stationary, roller banners, prospectus, sub-brand and logos, adverts and a full set of branded templates for internal use for PPT slides, word documents and html emails etc.
The logo design is a fusion of the sectors of the AHSN, with the overall icon being symbolic of a 'W' shape to represent Wessex. The fluid, dynamic shapes represent innovation, movement, connection and progress and the yellow 'node' symbolises 'reaching out' to others with a warm and friendly colour palette. The nodes and atom shapes represent science and health, with the connecting elements representing a network and working together.
